This policy covers the OkayDay website and its web check, operated by Outshine World LLC. Updated October 23, 2026. The future app will have a policy describing its actual release features before launch.

The web check

Your answers are processed in your browser. Raw answers about sleep, symptoms, energy, stress or recovery are not sent to Formspree or PostHog. These pages cannot access Apple Health or your workout data.

The optional waitlist

If you join, Formspree receives your email, product, result category when applicable, form and page, campaign source, submission time or version, and a test flag. A result category may reflect personal preferences. We use your email for launch news, not an automated marketing sequence. Joining is optional and does not make a purchase or start a subscription.

Usage measurement

PostHog receives explicit page and interaction events, anonymous browser identifiers, campaign sources and limited result or preference categories. It does not receive your email or raw health answers. Automatic click capture and session recording are disabled. We do not enable advertising pixels or upload this waitlist to advertising audiences.

Service providers and storage

Vercel hosts this site. Formspree stores submissions and sends notifications to our linked operational email; PostHog measures usage. These providers may process data outside your country. Formspree’s current free submission archive is 30 days; operational notification emails and any restricted copy may remain until removed as part of handling your request or ending the launch-list purpose. We retain information only as needed for the stated purpose and applicable obligations.

Your choices

Contact hello@timeker.io to leave the list, access or delete your submission, or ask a privacy question. We will handle requests within 7 days. We keep a minimal suppression record when needed to avoid sending further launch messages. The existing Timeker contact remains our working support address during this migration.

Existing reservations

This website does not collect new reservation payments. If you previously made a refundable reservation through the earlier Timeker pages, its original terms remain available in your records and you may contact us about a refund. A website migration does not cancel those commitments.
