General guidance
The web check is based only on answers you choose. It is not a diagnosis, measured fitness score, medical advice or a personalized training prescription. Choose movement that feels appropriate and seek qualified advice for health concerns.
No payment or subscription
Using this web check and joining the launch list are free. No card is requested and no subscription or automatic renewal begins. Previous refundable reservations on the historical Timeker pages retain their original terms; contact us with questions.
